Medior 3D XR Developer

SyncVR Medical is a medtech scale-up developing immersive XR technology for healthcare, focusing on medical simulations, training, and education to improve patient care and professional development.

Location: Serbia

Responsibilities

• Write clean, modular C# code to build interactive medical procedures.
• Work with 3D artists to optimize high-fidelity assets for engine performance.
• Research and integrate AI tools to enhance development workflows.
• Translate medical protocols into robust state-machine logic for virtual medical equipment and patient reactions.
• Implement standards such as xAPI telemetry for tracking student progress and system interoperability.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience building real-time Unity applications.
• Proficiency in Unity and shipping features, solving complex technical challenges.
• Experience in game studios, XR agencies, or industrial simulation companies.
• Experience creating digital training, serious games, or simulation-based projects is a bonus.
