Salary: $95,000–$115,000 plus variable compensation

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate financial performance across a full medical medication rebate portfolio in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze medical rebate claims data using Evio’s proprietary rebate administration platform to investigate invoicing variances and ensure reporting accuracy for over $500 million in annual rebates.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance analytics providing insights into the financial performance of medication rebate contracts.
  • Support the development of new analytics and technology to evaluate medical medication rebate programs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and recommend data-driven solutions to leadership.
  • Facilitate data ingestion and standardization of rebate data from Blue Cross Blue Shield health plans.
  • Manage multiple priorities independently and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience as a rebate data analyst at a PBM, health plan, or similar healthcare organization.
  • Experience working with medical medication claims data and rebates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar data analysis tools.
  • Experience with large, complex databases and process automation.
  • Familiarity with Medispan or First Databank drug reference systems.
  • Knowledge of medical coding systems (HCPCS, CPTs).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.
  • Collaborative team-player mentality with a passion for data-driven decision making.
