Salary: $95,000–$115,000 plus variable compensation
Responsibilities
- Evaluate financial performance across a full medical medication rebate portfolio in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze medical rebate claims data using Evio’s proprietary rebate administration platform to investigate invoicing variances and ensure reporting accuracy for over $500 million in annual rebates.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance analytics providing insights into the financial performance of medication rebate contracts.
- Support the development of new analytics and technology to evaluate medical medication rebate programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and recommend data-driven solutions to leadership.
- Facilitate data ingestion and standardization of rebate data from Blue Cross Blue Shield health plans.
- Manage multiple priorities independently and efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience as a rebate data analyst at a PBM, health plan, or similar healthcare organization.
- Experience working with medical medication claims data and rebates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar data analysis tools.
- Experience with large, complex databases and process automation.
- Familiarity with Medispan or First Databank drug reference systems.
- Knowledge of medical coding systems (HCPCS, CPTs).
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.
- Collaborative team-player mentality with a passion for data-driven decision making.
