Marketing BI Analyst for U.S. DTC Brand (Remote, U.S.-Based)

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to define KPIs, reporting needs, and business intelligence priorities across marketing, sales, operations, and finance
  • Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting systems that provide clear visibility into company performance and operational trends
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and self-service analytics tools
  • Analyze large datasets from e-commerce, operational, and marketing platforms to uncover insights, trends, and business opportunities
  • Work with data teams to improve data quality, consistency, governance, and reporting reliability across systems
  • Support the development and optimization of centralized reporting environments and data models for analytics consumption
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that help stakeholders improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making
  • Monitor reporting accuracy and proactively identify inconsistencies, gaps, or process improvement opportunities
  • Help standardize reporting processes, KPI definitions, and dashboard best practices across the organization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the business, including department heads and leadership teams
