Market Research Analyst

Blend is a premier AI services provider focused on data science, AI, and technology, aiming to create meaningful impact for clients by combining human expertise with artificial intelligence. They are seeking a Market Research Analyst to support research projects, data analysis, and client reporting.

Location: Remote (Preferred locations: New York, NY; Little Falls, NJ; DC Metro area; Houston, TX; Samford, CT; NC; FL)

Salary: $23–$27 per hour

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and analysis of client’s quantitative research projects.
• Support development of questionnaires, polls, and research instruments.
• Support analysis of data gathered via quantitative or multi-source data and research.
• Program and deploy surveys and polls in Qualtrics.
• Pull target lists for research deployment from various sources/systems.
• Create cross-tabs and verbatim files.
• Append data and customer information.
• Assist in writing and editing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Curate the Market Intelligence repository of research reports and related materials.
• Lead tracking of research projects across the enterprise.
• Support expansion of VoC and VoE programs, including integration with Salesforce, API, etc.
• Maintain and manage the clients' Customer Panel over time.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in market research or related function.
• Prior experience in programming and deploying surveys using Qualtrics or Medallia, or similar survey utility.
• Expert knowledge of Excel, VLOOKUP, and Pivot tables.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint functionalities, including reporting, animations, transitions, and multimedia integration.
• Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn additional software (e.g., Cvent).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively multitask.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
