Manager Program Management GTME COE

LinkedIn is seeking a Manager, Program Management - COE, to lead cross-functional initiatives, innovate operational processes, and leverage AI to enhance program management. The role involves managing a diverse team, partnering with senior leaders, and driving strategic programs in a flexible work environment.

Location: San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York City, Chicago, Detroit, Carpinteria, Omaha, Washington D.C or remotely

Salary: $115,000 - $186,000

Responsibilities

• People Management: Hire, coach, and develop a diverse team of program management professionals.
• Operational Excellence: Innovate operational processes and develop scalable approaches for program roadmaps.
• AI Expertise & Innovation: Integrate AI tools and methodologies into workflows to automate processes and generate insights.
• Curiosity & Agility: Foster continuous learning, adaptability, and data-driven problem solving.
• Stakeholder Management: Connect teams and influence stakeholders to ensure process changes meet business needs.
• Executive Communication: Prepare and deliver strategies and updates to senior leadership, articulating ROI and complex problems clearly.
• Change Management: Establish effective change management and communication strategies to ensure buy-in and accountability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, strategy, or change management.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
