Responsibilities
- Owns portfolio-level prioritization and delivery alignment across Marketing's core commerce and experience platforms.
- Leads and develops the embedded product delivery team; defines standards for intake, delivery readiness, backlog governance, and value measurement.
- Drives measurable outcomes in ecommerce conversion, membership growth, and platform reliability.
- Identifies and scopes AI and automation opportunities to improve marketing throughput and commerce performance.
- Partners with Technology, Data, and Architecture to evolve the MarTech ecosystem for scalability and faster experimentation.
- Own end-to-end prioritization and execution across Magento, Sitecore, membership commerce, marketing automation, event technology, mobile, and data foundations.
- Translate growth priorities into quarterly roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Define and manage the commerce technology roadmap focusing on checkout, conversion, and post-purchase experience.
- Drive platform reuse, performance, and reliability through standardized components and disciplined practices.
- Identify and execute integration opportunities across platforms to reduce friction and improve data consistency.
- Help define AI adoption strategies, including use case identification and pilot execution.
- Establish governance for AI tool adoption, covering data privacy, output quality, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to pilot AI use cases, define success metrics, and transition to production.
- Lead, coach, and develop the product team, setting standards for discovery, delivery, and outcomes.
- Establish standards for backlog health, prioritization, dependencies, and technical debt management.
- Define capacity planning and roadmap transparency practices.
- Manage vendors and delivery partners with clear SLAs and quality gates.
- Ensure instrumentation and tagging requirements are embedded in delivery.
- Enable a repeatable experimentation cadence with KPIs and learning documentation.
- Improve release quality through disciplined QA, performance benchmarking, and retrospectives.
- Use analytics to identify friction points and platform issues.
- Partner on non-functional requirements including security, performance, resilience, and modernization.
- Align with agile practices, delivery metrics, and transformation initiatives.
- Represent marketing priorities to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management and digital platform delivery, including leadership of Product Owners and Business Analysts.
- Expertise delivering ecommerce platforms, ideally Magento, with accountability for KPIs.
- Experience with CMS and web experience platforms like Sitecore at enterprise scale.
- Hands-on experience with agile practices including backlog management, sprint planning, story writing, and release governance.
- Proven portfolio governance skills: prioritization, dependency management, roadmap discipline, stakeholder alignment.
- Track record of partnering with engineering, architecture, and data teams for scalable platform delivery.
- Strong data fluency: defining KPIs, interpreting analytics, making evidence-based decisions.
- Experience driving ecommerce outcomes across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Experience establishing and scaling product owner practices within Agile teams.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, journey orchestration, segmentation, and cross-channel activation.
- Understanding of marketing and commerce data foundations.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing, LLM tools, prompt design, API integration; experimentation experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English.

- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
