Product Manager

Supports the implementation process team of a client’s products and services at nCino, a leader in cloud banking, focusing on delivering and upgrading products, leveraging AI/ML, and understanding customer needs.

Location: South Africa

Responsibilities

• Validate - Research, collate VOC, aggregate market data, mine usage analytics and present results for decision-making.
• Plan - Draft Initiatives and Epics for handoff to Sr. PM, including acceptance criteria.
• Build - Write stories, transfer knowledge to engineering, review outcomes.
• Grow - Track adoption, support feedback, identify additional problems.
• Expand product knowledge through VoC and understanding of customer usage.
• Leverage AI and machine learning to enhance product decision-making, identify customer behavior patterns, forecast trends, and uncover unmet needs.
• Collaborate with engineering to explore and integrate AI/ML features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with 2+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment.
• Ability to gather and transform product feedback into requirements.
• Travel requirements less than 10%.
