Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 USD

Responsibilities

  • Architect and improve People Ops and TA operational stack with AI agents and workflows.
  • Design and deploy AI agents for routine operational tasks including onboarding, compliance, offer letters, interview scheduling, and employee queries.
  • Manage multi-country HR compliance using AI, building checks for risk, regulatory changes, and obligations.
  • Build AI-powered reporting and analytics for People and TA functions.
  • Operate and evaluate HRIS, ATS, and other People tech stacks with AI and API-first design.
  • Support TA with pipeline forecasting, data integrity, and funnel reporting, partnering with hiring managers.
  • Own benefits administration and vendor management, automating enrollment, eligibility, and insights.
  • Use AI to enhance employee experience, preempting friction points.
  • Document workflows and knowledge management with AI.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and Legal using AI workflows for cross-functional operations.
  • Coach the People team on AI fluency, agent design, and automation.
  • Own AI governance ensuring compliance, ethics, and data handling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Ops, with leadership experience.
  • Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments, understanding global multi-entity operations.
  • Deep hands-on experience with AI tools, agent builders, and workflows.
  • Strong technical skills with APIs, integrations, automation platforms, and prompt engineering.
  • Multi-country HR Ops experience preferred, especially US, UK, Australia/NZ, Canada, Philippines.
  • Proven ability to redesign processes with a bias toward automation.
  • Knowledge of US benefits administration, compliance (ACA, ERISA).
  • Understanding of multi-jurisdictional HR compliance.
  • Data fluency with dashboards, funnel metrics, and AI analysis.
  • Systems thinking across People Ops, TA, and Benefits.
  • Independent, proactive, with growth potential.
  • Integrity, high EQ, discretion with sensitive data.
  • Excitement and vision for AI-native HR operations.
