Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and provide timely support, guidance, and resolution for customer escalations, driving root-cause analysis and long-term solutions.
• Identify and address performance deficiencies, develop and execute performance improvement plans, training, and coaching strategies.
• Establish clear goals, success measures, and priorities, drive sales performance, and foster a high-performance sales culture.
• Solicit feedback and analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities, facilitate project work and technology improvements.

Requirements
