The role is for a Sr. Partner Development Manager at SentinelOne, focusing on managing and expanding strategic partnerships with MSSPs and IR firms globally, especially with LevelBlue, to drive security solutions and services.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic lead for the LevelBlue global partnership.
- Work with global field sales teams to align SentinelOne sellers with LevelBlue counterparts.
- Build and execute a global enablement plan for LevelBlue’s teams.
- Act as the primary escalation point for field friction, enforcing Rules of Engagement.
- Provide strategic guidance for regional headcount expansion in EMEA and APJ.
- Partner with LevelBlue to develop new managed services and offers leveraging SentinelOne portfolio.
- Collaborate with Global Partner Solutions Engineer and Product Management to align SentinelOne roadmap with Indigo platform needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of high-tech channel sales or partner management experience, specifically with MSSPs and IR firms.
- Experience navigating complex sales motions and organizational structures of Tier 1 Telcos.
- Proven ability to build revenue-generating security service offerings and drive program governance for global launches.
- Enterprise sales experience with decision-makers in MSSP and security ecosystem.
- Experience in platform consolidation strategies, moving from legacy tools to AI-driven platforms.
- Excellent organizational, reporting, and presentation skills for engaging technical and executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
