Doctus People is building a high-performance search business focused on healthcare revenue cycle management and finance, seeking a business development-driven recruiter or sales professional to play a key role in growth.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by identifying, targeting, and winning new clients
- Own and grow client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and qualification through closing and deal structuring
- Leverage existing candidate pipelines and actively market talent to generate demand
- Execute 360 recruiting responsibilities, including candidate intake, qualification, and placement
- Collaborate with internal support (SDR + research) to accelerate pipeline and delivery
- Build long-term partnerships and generate repeat, high-value business
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales producer or full-desk recruiter with strong business development experience
- Comfortable in a build-mode environment where processes are evolving and initiative is critical
- Skilled at developing client relationships from scratch and navigating stakeholders
- Self-directed and effective in a remote, performance-driven setting
- Entrepreneurial mindset where you think like an owner and are motivated by growth and long-term upside
- Strong closer with the ability to generate revenue, not just fill roles
