Leader for Premium Remote Work and Travel Community (Global Travel Required)

WiFi Tribe is a community for remote professionals who travel and work together, living in different cities each month. They are expanding and seeking passionate community builders to serve as Chapter Hosts, responsible for leading and fostering community culture during international travel.

Location: Global (requires travel to most countries)

Salary: $1,500 - $2,450 per Chapter (range depends on Chapter length, bonuses, and stipends)

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the community culture and foster group dynamics during Chapters.
• Travel with 15-25 members, managing logistics and ensuring a safe, engaging environment.
• Lead and empower community members, encouraging active participation and leadership.
• Prepare housing and internet setup, collaborate with landlords, and resolve on-site issues.
• Support the WiFi Tribe team in improving the Chapter experience and promoting the location.

Requirements

• Ability to travel to most countries (regional or global).
• Experience traveling internationally.
