Lead Neuropsychologist

Salary: $110—$150 USD
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and standardization of neuropsychology assessment protocols and standards.
- Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children with neurodevelopmental and school-related cases.
- Expand diagnostic pathways for complex behavioral profiles.
- Provide expert consultation to treatment teams on diagnostic formulation and therapeutic issues.
- Develop and implement programs, protocols, and standards related to Neuropsychology.
- Help set and execute key performance indicators for the Neuropsychology service.
- Maintain a clinical presence with 24 hours of direct patient-facing clinical care per week.
- Consult on clinical issues as needed.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or School Psychology from an APA/CPA-accredited program.
- Completion of a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology.
- Licensed or license-eligible as a Psychologist in the state of practice.
- Commitment to become certified in all states with a Blackbird Health presence.
- Board Certification in Clinical Neuropsychology (ABCN) or eligibility is highly preferred.
- 1+ years of post-licensure experience conducting comprehensive pediatric neuropsychological evaluations.
- Experience or interest in assessment of developmental differences.
- Ability to manage a clinical schedule with 24 weekly patient-facing hours.
- Proficiency in EHRs, spreadsheets, BI, email, and word processing.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Strong clinical expertise and team leadership skills in neuropsychological assessment.
- Attention to detail, customer service skills, and professionalism.
