Junior Video Editor

We are looking for a Junior Video Editor to join our Philippines-based Creative team. The primary purpose of this role is to create compelling, high-quality video content that educates, entertains, and inspires our community, all while supporting our fantastic cause of providing access to clean water and sanitation services.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling, high-quality video content that educates, entertains, and inspires the community.

Requirements

• Expert-level skill in all aspects of post-production, including editing, rhythm, pacing, storytelling, sound editing and mixing, and colour correction.
• Experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Motion Design expertise is an added bonus.
• Highly organised and self-aware contributor with effective time management and communication skills.
• Understanding of video performance data and ability to inform editing choices for continuous improvement.
