Java Coding Specialist for evaluating and assessing language models' Java solutions, focusing on correctness, quality, and reasoning.

Location: Remote

Salary: $45/hr

Responsibilities

• Review Java problems and model-generated solutions.
• Judge correctness and code quality.
• Identify where the model's logic breaks down.
• Document failure patterns.
• Flag whether a problem is well-specified and challenging.

Requirements

• Deep fluency in Java, object-oriented design, concurrency, JVM internals, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture.
• Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• Real-world Java experience, competitive programming, open-source contributions, or technical writing.
• Ability to articulate why solutions are wrong or weak.
