Insights Manager

GoodRx is seeking an Insights Manager to lead strategic research studies and analytics support for its consumer products, focusing on product development, measurement, and data analysis.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $102,000.00 - $216,000.00

Responsibilities

• Designing and executing complex research studies to inform product development and optimization.
• Managing longitudinal CSAT/NPS and other KPI studies for internal and external reporting.
• Providing analytics support using Redshift, Tableau, and Lookr to develop dashboards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consumer/user experience research or analytics, or 6 years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience with survey design, sampling, weighting, and basic statistical analysis.
• Expertise in Alchemer or Qualtrics.
• Experience with Dscout, UserInterviews, or similar qualitative tools.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Redshift, and Tableau.
• Presentation skills and data visualization expertise.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
