Information Management Data Architect

The Information Management Data Architect will be responsible for implementing data governance policies, managing and maintaining data, ensuring data quality and compliance, and acting as a liaison between business, IT, and engineering teams.

Location: Remote

Salary: $119,200.00–$198,600.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis, design and development of a data architecture roadmap and implementation.
• Gather and analyze data to develop architectural requirements.
• Lead or support complex software projects requiring domain knowledge or specialized architecture.
• Participate in technical and business discussions on data architecture.
• Participate in the Data Governance Council.
• Develop data and data delivery platforms with reusable components.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies for project development and operational support.
• Monitor and control organizational costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM field, or related.
• Five (5) years of experience with data catalog tools (e.g., Alation, Colibra, Informatica).
• Four (4) years of experience in software architecture design and development.
