HubSpot Integration and Automation Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled HubSpot Integrations & Automation Engineer to build, manage, and optimize complex business automations, API integrations, and operational systems. This role is heavily focused on HubSpot CRM, Operations Hub, workflow automation, custom API integrations, backend logic using Node.js, Google Cloud infrastructure, and data synchronization between platforms.

Location: Remote

Salary: INR 1,080,000 – INR 1,140,000

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced HubSpot workflows and automations
• Develop custom-coded workflow actions
• Configure and optimize Operations Hub
• Create scalable CRM automation systems
• Manage custom objects, pipelines, associations, and data structures
• Troubleshoot workflow failures and sync issues
• Improve CRM operational efficiency and automation reliability
• Build custom integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms
• Develop backend services using Node.js
• Work extensively with REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, Authentication systems, Data mapping & synchronization, Create scalable middleware and automation services, Monitor and maintain integration reliability
• Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Work with Cloud Functions, Serverless infrastructure, Firebase, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Optimize cloud-based automation systems

Requirements

• Strong experience with HubSpot CRM, Operations Hub, HubSpot APIs, workflows & automation
• Proven experience integrating SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of API architecture, OAuth & authentication, middleware systems, data synchronization, error handling & retry systems, automation pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Cloud Functions, Firebase, Cloud Run, Serverless architecture
• Strong spoken and written English
• Ability to document systems clearly
• Experience working with production integrations
• Ability to demonstrate previous automation/integration projects
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
