Graphic Designer

MailerLite is a rapidly growing email marketing service helping over 1 million businesses worldwide. They are seeking a Graphic Designer to create impactful visuals for marketing channels, collaborating closely with marketing, development, and product teams.

Location: Remote (EU)

Salary: €32,000 - €42,000/year

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day design edits as well as larger creative projects
• Social media visuals, newsletter graphics, and website/blog imagery
• Feature pages and localized content for global audiences
• Broader marketing assets: e-books, presentations, covers, and banners
• Display advertising creatives across channels
• Design guidelines and brand consistency materials

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer (portfolio required)
• Strong working knowledge of color theory, typography, and grid layout
• Proficient in Figma and Canva; expert-level Adobe Photoshop skills
• Experience creating banners for display advertising and social media
• Comfortable working within brand guidelines and design systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
• At least 4 hours overlap required with CET time zone
