Global Clinical Project Manager - Vendor Management Expert (home-based in Poland)

Seeking an experienced Vendor Management professional to oversee vendor activities in global clinical trials across all phases, ensuring quality and efficiency from start-up to close-out.

Salary: 171.500,00 zł - 404.600,00 zł annually

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor activities across the study lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee vendor deliverables during study initiation, ensuring smooth onboarding and activation.
• Track vendor performance, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Drive vendor activities to support site activations and ensure study milestones are met.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables that support Database Lock and study closure.

Requirements

• Global Clinical Project Management experience.
• Strong Vendor Management expertise in areas such as Central lab, eCOA, IRT, ECG, Imaging, Ancillaries, or Patient Recruitment & Retention (must have experience managing at least 2 of these).
• Deep understanding of clinical operations processes and vendor service categories.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Proven ability to manage risk and performance issues in a fast-paced environment.
