Responsibilities

• Handle inbound reservations enquiries from German-speaking customers via telephone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate and professional assistance in line with Singapore Airlines' service standards.
• Process flight bookings, ticket amendments, cancellations, and rebookings within the airline's reservation systems.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German language skills (spoken and written).
• A solid command of English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer service, reservations, travel, or the Airlines / Aviation industry.
• Familiarity with airline reservation systems (such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Valid EU passport or appropriate work authorization permitting employment in Greece.
