Full-Stack Developer - .NET + React + Azure - Remote (US)

ShiftForce is scheduling and operations software for restaurants, with a small team that values ownership and impact. They are looking for a full-stack developer who can handle various technical challenges and wear many hats.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Pick up problems from the backlog, ask questions, build and ship solutions.
• Ship features, fix bugs, debug issues, review PRs, and push back on product ideas.
• Handle infra and ops issues like broken pipelines and slow queries.
• Solve technical problems beyond just coding, including debugging and customer issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years shipping production code on a similar stack.
• Solve problems independently, read logs, check docs.
• Build what is asked, not what is wished for.
• Comfortable wearing many hats: coding, infra, debugging, customer issues.
• Use AI coding tools as part of daily workflow.
• Clear written communication, mostly async.

Additional Information

• 100% remote, US-based.
• Full-time.
• Preference for candidates in Las Vegas or Kansas City, not required.
