Freelance UI/Web Specialist

Mindrift is seeking a highly skilled Web Designer to join the Tendem project, focusing on data scraping workflows within a hybrid AI + human system. The role involves collaboration with Tendem Agents to create clean, on-brand, web-ready designs from briefs and drafts.

Salary: up to $50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Tendem Agents to turn briefs and rough drafts into clean, on-brand, and web-ready designs.
• Create scalable, responsive web layouts using Figma.
• Design high-converting landing pages with a modern aesthetic.
• Prepare, specify, and package digital assets for implementation via developers or no-code platforms.
• Ensure web pages match existing social materials and pitch decks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields is a plus.
• Deep proficiency in Figma.
• Expertise in structuring high-converting landing pages.
• Understanding of preparing digital assets for implementation via developers or no-code platforms.
• Ability to translate brand aesthetics across touchpoints.
• English proficiency: B2 or above.
• Structured, user-centric, and conversion-minded design approach.
• Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends.
• Self-directed work ethic.
