Field Service Technician Level II

Seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician II to configure, program, and oversee system installations, provide customer training, and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction in Toledo, Ohio.
Location: Toledo, Ohio
Responsibilities
- Execute all Level I installer roles and responsibilities
- Demonstrate organizational skills
- Understand project scopes and service expectations
- Assume leadership responsibilities
- Mentor Level 1 installers
- Establish and maintain communication channels
- Work with various systems
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years with a previous construction trade
- Advance knowledge of electricity (high and/or low voltage)
- Hands-on/field experience
- Basic telecommunication knowledge (TCP/IP, general networking, computers, VoIP)
- Ability to identify and use common low voltage cabling
- Working knowledge of IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Team management/supervisor experience
- Experience completing projects within scope
- Experience with service ticketing processes
- Knowledge in fire, CCTV, intrusion, emergency nurse call systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid US Driver’s license
