Hub.xyz is a distributed AI data infrastructure company backed by Y Combinator, running a global contributor network that collects real-world video, audio, and image data to train AI systems used by Fortune 500 companies and leading AI labs. The company is building the human infrastructure of the AI economy, with Field Recruiters expanding into new territories by building local contributor networks.

Location: Remote

Salary: $10k–$100k

Responsibilities

• Build a local contributor community using outreach methods suitable for the territory, including personal networks, social media, local businesses, universities, gig platforms, NGOs, and in-person recruitment.
• Recruit individuals to join Hub as video contributors through HubApp.
• Onboard contributors: set them up on the app, support their first recording sessions, and help them reach production targets.
• Build a portfolio of 50+ active contributors as an initial milestone.
• Track contributor output and territory performance through Hub’s real-time dashboard.
• Iterate outreach strategies based on results in the specific territory.
• Report territory progress to the Hub point of contact.

Requirements

• Already have a local network and know how to activate it.
• Comfortable initiating outreach at volume, in person, digitally, through communities, or other methods.
• Operate with high agency and independence.
• Move fast and iterate based on results.
• Experience organizing people, field sales, community groups, gig workers, or building something from scratch.
• Available to start immediately and want to scale fast.
• Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese; English also welcome.
