Experienced Data Scientist

Mindera is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead complex data science initiatives, develop predictive models, and communicate insights to influence business strategies. The role involves working independently on high-impact projects within an agile team, focusing on marketing and product challenges.

Location: Remote (Brazil)

Salary: BRL 20,673/month (max)

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing and product teams to diagnose business challenges and define data metrics.
• Lead creation, monitoring, and improvement of statistical models for marketing and product growth.
• Design narratives and visualizations to communicate analysis results to non-technical audiences.
• Prototype and test new insights independently, moving from hypothesis to validation.
• Select and iterate on modeling approaches suitable for marketing contexts.

Requirements

• Good English communication skills.
• Experience as a high-level individual contributor leading complex data science initiatives.
• Solution-oriented, self-starter with the ability to build narratives from raw data.
• Ability to influence product and marketing strategy through data.
