Events & Experiences Coordinator

Blink Health is a healthcare technology company that develops products to make prescriptions accessible and affordable, including BlinkRx and Quick Save. The company aims to remove barriers in the prescription supply chain to improve access and health outcomes.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site logistics lead at priority events including biopharma trade shows, provider conferences, and executive programs
• Manage day-of coordination across staffing, booth setup, AV, signage, and attendee flow
• Act as primary point of contact for vendors and venue teams during events
• Coordinate hotel blocks, room assignments, and attendee travel arrangements
• Build and maintain logistics trackers, run-of-show documents, and attendee briefings
• Support venue sourcing, vendor outreach, and materials production timelines
• Track project milestones and flag risks
• Assist with booth design, swag, collateral ordering, and shipping logistics
• Maintain organized documentation across events
• Conduct post-event inventory and materials returns
• Compile attendance, spend, and logistics notes
• Identify recurring pain points and suggest process improvements

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple logistics workstreams
• Strong communicator with vendors, venues, and internal teams
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving calendar
• Proficiency in project management and coordination tools (Google Workspace, Asana, Excel)
• Willingness to travel 20-30% including evenings and weekends
