A 7-month remote UX apprenticeship program sponsored by UX Woman, aimed at women, immigrants, POC, and LGBTQ folks, to help them break into tech and land 6-figure UX roles. The program includes mentorship, hands-on project work, and skill development in UX research, design, and AI integration.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design and research processes for startup ideas.
- Build digital products and services from inception to launch.
- Lead product and feature scoping, project management, and discovery research.
- Incorporate AI tools into UX design and advocate for ethical AI use.
- Develop business models and demonstrate scalability.
- Create and present UX and business pitches.
- Design user stories, personas, journey maps, prototypes, and design systems.
- Conduct user testing and iterate on designs.
- Analyze competitors and articulate differentiators.
- Consult with startups on UX research, design, and product development.
Requirements
- Interested in UX research, UX design, product design, or service design.
- Willing to commit 5-10 hours weekly.
- Attend 2-3 hour weekend lectures or complete online modules.
- Open to feedback and willing to revise work.
