We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, handle administrative tasks, manage schedules, maintain records, and ensure smooth communication within the organization.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to managers and team members.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate office activities, meetings, and company events.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Support HR or finance departments with basic administrative tasks when needed.
- Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
