Endoluminal Sales Representative

The U.S. ION® Endoluminal Sales Associate supports the early adoption and clinical integration of the Ion® platform for minimally invasive lung biopsy procedures. The role involves training, procedural support, and collaboration with hospital staff and sales teams to promote system utilization.
Location: Near a major airline hub in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through their learning curves
- Support training activities including in-services, training labs, and development of teams and programs
- Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space
- Collaborate with hospital staff and physicians to integrate Ion® at new customer sites and ensure ongoing utilization
- Facilitate user and procedural data capture for benchmarking and metrics
- Coordinate with sales teams to align and communicate with stakeholders
- Manage administrative tasks such as SFDC management and expense reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience
- Proven record of achievement and leadership
- Ability to manage complexity and work in a changing environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 60% and be located near a major airline hub
Additional Information
- Knowledge of the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy space is a plus
- Current proof of vaccination may be required
