Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Design and manage CXG Enablement Strategy
- Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and enablement needs
- Support initiatives requiring coordinated rollout and behavior change
- Enable teams on new or updated processes, product features, policies, and system changes
- Create and maintain playbooks, SOPs, training materials, and knowledge base content
- Drive adoption and reinforcement of enablement through plans, office hours, and micro learnings
- Track and measure enablement effectiveness using relevant metrics
Requirements
- Experience in enablement, operations, CX, or related roles
- Ability to simplify complex product and process changes in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to collaborate in a remote, globally distributed environment
- Proactive mindset
