Email Marketing Specialist / Klaviyo, Shopify

Valkental is an e-commerce company specializing in outdoor and bicycle accessories, founded in 2020. They are looking to expand their email marketing efforts to increase monetization and sales.

Location: Remote (Europe)

Salary: €45,000–€75,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Optimize existing email flows (e.g., post-purchase) through A/B testing to improve open rates, click rates, and revenue
• Plan and execute email campaigns from idea to sending
• Analyze performance data in Klaviyo and Shopify to derive actionable insights
• Research customer motivations through data, reviews, and market observation to develop sales-driving campaigns
• Create email designs in Figma in collaboration with media designer

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing and familiarity with Klaviyo
• At least one year of online product sales experience (via product pages, ads, or emails)
• Strong sales writing skills in German, error-free and impactful
• Data-driven mindset, understanding metrics like open rates, click rates, and revenue
• Ability to develop ideas based on data
