Director, Talent Operations

The Director of Talent Operations at Amplify is responsible for leading the hiring infrastructure, managing vendor partnerships, automations, and operational workflows to support the talent acquisition and onboarding processes for a global organization.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the backend ecosystem of vendor partnerships, automations, and workflows for hiring.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance across tools and partners.
• Optimize the talent lifecycle to improve efficiency from first touch to onboarding.
• Execute a flawless transition from signed offer to start date, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Lead and manage specialized managers (PgMs, Ops Managers, RC Leads) to maintain high standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Talent/People Operations, with at least 4 years leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (HR, Finance, etc.).
• Proven experience managing vendor portfolios and staffing ecosystems.
• Expertise in ATS platforms and HRIS integrations, including global software implementations.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.
