Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic planning and reporting function to provide evidence-based advice for decision making and organizational performance.
• Manage and lead a professional work group in a complex environment to achieve shared outcomes.
• Analyze complex scenarios and translate performance data into insights for senior executive advice.
• Build a high-performing, customer-focused team, influence workplace culture, and support change initiatives.
