Responsibilities
- Lead a strategic planning and reporting function to provide evidence-based advice for decision making and organizational performance.
- Manage and lead a professional work group in a complex environment to achieve shared outcomes.
- Analyze complex scenarios and translate performance data into insights for senior executive advice.
- Build a high-performing, customer-focused team, influence workplace culture, and support change initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, influence senior management, and enhance reporting and analysis capabilities.
Requirements
- Ability to lead strategic planning and reporting functions.
- Experience managing a professional team in complex environments.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and translate data into insights.
- Experience building high-performing, customer-focused teams and supporting change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
