Responsibilities

• Lead the team and set the culture.
• Hire, coach, and develop senior team members.
• Oversee Solutions Architecture, Marketing Science, SQL Engineering, and Context Engineering.
• Manage the technical solutions as a service business, focusing on customer outcomes, utilization, and retention.
• Drive technical depth and credibility with enterprise clients.
• Ensure the technical team supports customer expansion and retention.

Requirements

• Experience in technical leadership roles.
• Strong background in solutions architecture, marketing science, SQL engineering, or related fields.
• Ability to lead and develop a senior technical team.
• Experience managing technical solutions as a service business.
• Proven track record in customer success and retention strategies.
