Director of Revenue Systems and AI Automation (Offshore)

This is a deeply technical, execution-focused role for someone who owns the systems layer of a real estate business, turning AI and automation ideas into operational reality, with a focus on infrastructure, integrations, and automation development.

Location: Remote (LATAM)

Salary: $5K–$6K USD/month

Responsibilities

• Build AI tools, including Claude projects, skills, and prompt systems, to automate manual work across departments.
• Build and maintain ClickFunnels funnels, pipelines, email automations, and workflow triggers, ensuring system integrations are reliable during high-volume seasons.
• Develop dashboards and data pipelines using Replit, Baserow, Zapier, and Claude to provide leadership with real-time visibility into key metrics.
• Own and improve CRM and transaction system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between Follow Up Boss, Open to Close, Ylopo, ClickFunnels, and SISU.
• Execute structured scope briefs for builds, including self-QA and logging hours.
• Create documentation for all builds, utilizing AI for initial drafts and editing for accuracy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in revenue systems, CRM architecture, AI automation, RevOps, or technical operations.
• Proven experience deploying AI agents and automations in production with measurable outcomes.
• Expert-level fluency in Claude, including Claude Projects, Skills, and Cowork.
• Ability to teach complex systems to non-technical leaders and department heads.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, shifting environments with incomplete infrastructure.
• Experience working with high-driver, direct personalities.
• U.S. residential real estate experience or ability to ramp on it independently.

Additional Information

• This is a full-time independent contractor role (1099), fully remote, with a preference for candidates in Uruguay, Costa Rica, or Colombia.
• Compensation is paid in USD on the 1st and 15th of each month.
