Director of Revenue Systems and AI Automation

This is a technical leadership role focused on building and maintaining AI-driven revenue infrastructure for a real estate company, with a preference for candidates in Latin America, especially Uruguay, Costa Rica, or Colombia.

Location: Remote (LATAM, with preference for Uruguay, Costa Rica, or Colombia)

Salary: $5,000–$6,000 USD per month

Responsibilities

• Build Claude projects, skills, and prompt systems to automate manual work across departments.
• Build and maintain ClickFunnels funnels, pipelines, email automations, and workflow triggers.
• Develop dashboards and data pipelines using Replit, Baserow, Zapier, and Claude.
• Own and improve integrations across Follow Up Boss, Open to Close, Ylopo, ClickFunnels, and SISU.
• Execute scope briefs, ensure quality, and document all builds.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in revenue systems, CRM architecture, AI automation, RevOps, or technical operations.
• Experience deploying AI agents and automations in production with measurable outcomes.
• Expert-level fluency in Claude, including Claude Projects, Skills, and Cowork.
• Ability to teach technical concepts to non-technical leaders.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, shifting environments.
• Experience with U.S. residential real estate technology preferred.
