ReversingLabs is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead and innovate the HR function across the US, EMEA, and Canada, supporting rapid growth and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
Location: Remote (US, EMEA, Canada)
Salary: $178,000–$188,000 plus performance-based bonus or commission, equity, and comprehensive benefits
Responsibilities
- Build, inspire, and scale a world-class People team fostering a culture of high performance, psychological safety, and curiosity.
- Co-architect a people strategy aligned with business growth and organizational goals.
- Advise senior leaders with data-driven, human-centered insights.
- Own HR operations including compensation, benefits, performance management, learning & development, employee relations, and internal communications.
- Design competitive, equitable, and scalable compensation and benefits frameworks across regions.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide compensation intelligence and workforce planning insights.
- Identify organizational gaps, succession risks, and structural opportunities using workforce data.
- Develop learning ecosystems to unlock organizational potential.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to alumni transition.
- Champion inclusion, belonging, and psychological safety as operational norms.
- Handle complex employee relations with care, rigor, and legal awareness.
- Stay ahead of employment law compliance across regions, updating policies proactively.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to build a unified, culturally sensitive people culture.
- Manage HR budget with a strategic, business-oriented mindset.
- Promote adoption of HR technology and AI tools to enhance HR functions.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 3+ years managing teams.
- Deep knowledge of employment law and HR practices across US, EMEA, and Canada.
- Experience building and managing total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and equity.
- Fluency in HRIS platforms and workforce analytics; experience with ADP, PerformYard preferred.
- Forward-thinking with AI and emerging HR technologies.
- Strong executive presence, clear communication, and emotional intelligence.
- Proven ability to lead through growth, transformation, and uncertainty.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology or related; SHRM-SCP, CIPD or similar certification a plus.
