Director Hotel Operations - Corporate

The role involves overseeing hotel operations, leading and developing management teams, and ensuring quality and brand standards across Ruby Hotels' properties. It requires strategic thinking, operational expertise, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry overall operational responsibility for all Ruby Hotels, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead and develop Cluster Hotel Managers and their teams, focusing on performance, potential, and personality.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and processes; analyze results and implement improvements.
• Balance strategy and operational practice with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ensure Ruby standards and brand values are reflected in every hotel, from atmosphere to guest experience.
• Collaborate with F&B, Rooms, Openings, Interior, and other group functions to improve operational processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel operations.
• At least 5 years in group-wide or multi-property leadership roles.
• Leadership skills with clarity and empathy, inspiring and empowering teams.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, solution-oriented actions, clear communication.
• Strong analytical skills, decisive, detail-oriented.
• Understanding of company culture as key to sustainable success.
• Fluent in German and English, comfortable in international environments.
