Responsibilities
- Carry overall operational responsibility for all Ruby Hotels, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Lead and develop Cluster Hotel Managers and their teams, focusing on performance, potential, and personality.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and processes; analyze results and implement improvements.
- Balance strategy and operational practice with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ensure Ruby standards and brand values are reflected in every hotel, from atmosphere to guest experience.
- Collaborate with F&B, Rooms, Openings, Interior, and other group functions to improve operational processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel operations.
- At least 5 years in group-wide or multi-property leadership roles.
- Leadership skills with clarity and empathy, inspiring and empowering teams.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, solution-oriented actions, clear communication.
- Strong analytical skills, decisive, detail-oriented.
- Understanding of company culture as key to sustainable success.
- Fluent in German and English, comfortable in international environments.
