Responsibilities

• Reply to inbound text inquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover client needs and goals
• Schedule calls via tools like Calendly when deeper conversations are needed
• Input and update client data in CRM and scheduling platforms
• Build rapport with new leads and foster trust over time
• Send helpful, friendly follow-ups as needed
