Digital Marketing Designer

Zenfolio Inc. offers e-commerce solutions for photographers to showcase their work, manage their business, and build their brand. They value a diverse, collaborative, and creative work environment and are looking for a Digital Marketing Designer to join their team.

Location: Remote (CA)

Salary: CAD 65,000 to CAD 80,000 (median to high)

Responsibilities

• Participate in the formulation and maintenance of a style guide/design system.
• Create marketing brand assets (email designs, promos, GTMs, social media content, website designs).
• Combine creativity with an awareness of design elements.
• A/B test designs for the best outcomes.
• Take data and qualitative feedback and apply it to work.
• Other designing tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• BA or accreditation and 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to translate written requirements into clean and accessible designs.
• Skills in email designs (promos and GTMs), social media content, website design, brand consistency, animated (gif) assets, swag.
• Knowledge and skill in typography, illustration, photo use, color, sizing and production.
• Maintain brand guidelines for all 3 brands and ensure a coordinated, unified message.
• High attention to detail.
• Ownership of work and projects, proactive communication.
• Eager to research and learn independently.
• Organize and prioritize work schedules.
• Critical thinking, problem solving.
• Experience using Figma, Sketch, Canva, Asana, Slack, Outlook.
• Comfortable using AI tools like Gemini, Claude, Chat GPT.
