Mercedes-Benz.io is seeking a Digital Analyst to shape data strategies, analyze user behavior, and deliver insights to support digital retail platforms. The role involves managing the full analytical workflow, building dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize customer journeys.
Location: Remote (Portugal)
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor by shaping data strategy, defining tracking needs and delivering insights for decision making.
- Manage the full analytical workflow from exploring and preparing data to analysing, validating and visualising findings.
- Work autonomously with the analytics stack such as Power BI, Google Analytics and Databricks.
- Define business KPIs and measurement frameworks with stakeholders.
- Analyse product data to understand user behaviour and optimize customer journeys.
- Build dashboards, deliver KPI reporting and present insights to product teams and stakeholders.
- Partner with Customer Insights to connect qualitative and quantitative learnings.
Requirements
- Experience in digital analytics including event or session level tracking, user flows and product behavior analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Working knowledge of Python or PySpark or Pandas.
- Strong SQL skills for raw data exploration, complex queries and large datasets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and deal with ambiguity.
