Desk Operator

The Desk Operator at Hyatt Regency Dehradun is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the Engineering Department to ensure smooth operations within a large hotel or complex.

Location: Dehradun, India

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customers.
• Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department.
• Support all other operating departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years work experience as Desk Operator in a hotel or similar large building/complex with central plant.
• Minimum 2 years college or technical school.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
