ReversingLabs is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to support marketing operations, campaign execution, and digital marketing efforts at a leading cybersecurity company providing threat intelligence and software supply chain security solutions.
Location: Remote (US)
Salary: $74,000 – $84,000 plus performance-based bonus or commission, comprehensive benefits, and equity
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end build and execution of marketing emails in HubSpot, including A/B testing, copy formatting, list segmentation, scheduling, and calendar coordination.
- Leverage HubSpot AI features for drafting emails, subject line testing, and workflow building.
- Build and manage email nurture workflows and drip sequences.
- Maintain list hygiene, contact segmentation, and database health within HubSpot.
- Ensure proper campaign tracking and reporting between HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Own the technical setup and execution of webinars across platforms, manage registration pages, confirmation/reminder emails, scheduling, recording, and post-event follow-up.
- Partner with content and product marketing teams to maintain webinar calendar and promote events.
- Serve as Virtual Events Coordinator for third-party webinars and summits.
- Support digital marketing team with landing pages, UTM tracking, and creative requests.
- Assist with paid media campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Pull and compile campaign performance metrics, assist with marketing and budget reporting.
- Support demand generation strategists and Sr. Director, Demand Generation & Growth Marketing, with campaign execution and project management.
- Learn and utilize project management tools like Monday.com.
- Take ownership of tasks to enable strategists to focus on higher-level planning.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
- Comfort working in Salesforce for lead management and reporting.
- Experience with webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars or ON24.
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude, Jasper, and HubSpot AI features.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with data organization and presentation skills.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with ownership and follow-through.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
