Peroptyx is seeking Data Analysts to review and validate digital mapping data, ensuring accuracy for navigation and user experience. The role offers flexible, remote work suitable for students, retirees, professionals, and work-from-home parents.

Responsibilities

• Review mapping data for digital mapping applications.
• Verify business names and opening hours.
• Check accuracy of distances between locations.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Japanese.
• Excellent research skills.
• Good local knowledge of Japan.
• Understanding of Japanese geography and culture.
• Analytical mindset.
• Living in Japan for at least 5 consecutive years.
• Able to pass an online exam.
• Willing to work 10-20 hours per week.
• Familiar with search engines, map applications, social media.
• Ability to learn and follow instructions.
• Independent work ethic.
