Data Analyst/Curam

The Client is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to manage and oversee data related to medical, nutrition, and financial subsidies, supporting various client stakeholders and ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $73.00 - $81.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the lifecycle of client data, including defining and implementing policies and procedures for data management.
• Developing and implementing strategies to assess and maintain data quality, integrity, and reliability.
• Establishing data-quality metrics, requirements, and procedures for detection and correction of data issues.
• Ensuring data privacy, security, and risk management, including compliance with policies and regulations.
• Defining policies and procedures for data access, monitoring for breaches, and coordinating efforts to meet privacy and security requirements.
• Interpreting business needs into data requirements, presenting findings and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 11+ years of experience in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
• 11+ years of experience leading projects in compliance with standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience with ETL tools - Design, Develop, Analyze.
• 3+ years of experience with Curam software - V6 or higher.
• 8+ years of experience as a senior/lead data analyst for large data sets and multiple interfaces.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with file transfer methodologies and file types.
• 5+ years of experience with Tableau, dashboard design and development.
• 4+ years of experience with Healthcare Data.
• 8+ years of experience delivering Business Intelligence solutions.
• 8+ years of knowledge in software development environment including functional, technical, and performance requirements.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Visio and MS Office Suite.

• This is a fully remote position.
• Compensation is $73.00 - $81.00 per hour.
