Data Analyst

A Data Analyst role focused on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights to improve business performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, technical proficiency in data tools, and excellent communication abilities.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and templates using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Create interactive reports translating productivity data into operational insights.
• Support data integration with third-party systems.
• Partner with engineers to validate data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Implement data validation processes.
• Conduct deep analysis of workforce and productivity trends using SQL and Python.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations for performance optimization.
• Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc data requests from Google BigQuery.
• Develop and refine productivity measurement frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, Qlik), Python, API Integrations, Data analysis, metrics development, cross-functional reporting, ETL, Data Warehousing, AppScripts & PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and collaborate across teams.
• Motivated by developing optimal solutions.
