Customer Support Specialist

Gcore is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide first-line technical support and consultations on cloud, CDN, hosting, AI, and related services. The role involves handling customer requests via chat, email, and phone, diagnosing technical issues, and supporting a global client base.

Location: Remote (Global)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer and internal user requests via chat, email, and phone in English.
• Provide consultations about products and services such as Cloud, CDN, Hosting, AI, etc.
• Resolve technical issues by providing diagnostics, collecting incident information, and escalating when necessary.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Technical Support experience.
• Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute).
• Good understanding of hardware and software diagnostics (reading logs, etc.).
• English level B2 or higher.
• Excellent customer advocacy and soft skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Quick learner, organized, and a team player.
• Responsible, polite, and optimistic with strong communication skills.
• Able to explain complex concepts clearly and simply.
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks.
