Customer Success Manager - 12 Months Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)

Join CoachHub as a Customer Success Manager for a 12-month fixed-term role covering parental leave. You will manage an established portfolio, ensuring client retention and relationship health during the period.
Location: Germany
Responsibilities
- Own an established portfolio, own value realisation end to end, keep adoption and value on track, catch and coordinate, run practical reviews, and hand back cleanly.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role, ideally within a technology-enabled services or HR-tech environment
- A track record of holding retention and keeping accounts healthy
- Strong self-organisation and comfort managing a mixed book across tiers and touch levels without dropping balls
- A practical, data-literate approach
- English fluency (native-level or full business proficiency), with French a strong forte that will set you apart. Italian a plus.
