Customer Service Specialist With Czech And Slovak

Foundever is a leading company in the business process outsourcing industry, offering solutions in digital marketing, training, talent management, technology, consulting, and analytics. They are hiring a Customer Support Specialist with Czech and Slovak language skills for an entry-level, work-from-home position in Poland.

Location: Poland

Salary: PLN 6400-7200 per month

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality customer support via phone and email, in line with company standards.
• Handling customer cases related to Continuous Glucose Monitoring devices (CGM).
• Communicating with existing customers to resolve issues and advise.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure retention and an excellent customer experience.
• Updating customer databases and accurately documenting interactions for future contacts and campaigns.
• Reporting recurring issues to the Team Manager and Mentor.
• Striving to achieve customer satisfaction and performance targets set by management.

Requirements

• Fluent in Czech and Slovak (C1/C2) and good level of English (B1).
• Basic IT knowledge and ability to switch between multiple tools.
• Empathy, positive attitude, clear and professional communication.
• Motivated, eager to learn, and open to professional development.
• Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed.
